OffColorDecals is a queer-owned worker co-op based out of Vermont.
When we started in our living room 2017, we just wanted to make some cool merch for other queer leftists with guns. Then the world turned into a dumpster fire and here we are.
We’ve changed and grown a lot since then, but we still make stickers in our living room barn.
Our Philosophy
We believe art is a critical tool of revolution. Art can amplify marginalized voices, help radical ideas reach those who need to hear them most, and bring joy and beauty in dark times. We endeavor to bring meaningful designs (whether ours or yours) to life and to do so in a way that prioritizes quality, durability, and sustainability. We use 100% US-sourced and union-made materials for our production processes wherever possible.
Oh, and fuck the police.
Mutual Aid, Community, and Non-Profit Funding
Several of our products are sold specifically to provide fundraising assistance to various organizations that do important work ranging from prison reform and bail funding, LGBTQ rights, reproductive health, and international disaster relief.
The organizations below represent those which receive ongoing contributions from the sales of our products. As of October 1st, 2025 we’ve donated $8,571.41 to the following organizations:

Checkout Donations
In addition to the above, we collect optional donations during checkout. These contributions are used by OCD to support smaller local groups and initiatives in the Appalachian region on an as-needed basis.
In May of 2023 we purchased equipment for a Middle TN-based collective that does community defense work for their use at local Pride events. This included a major TECC trauma kit with MARCH gear and also a communications kit with 12 programmable radios, spare batteries, shoulder speaker-mics, etc.
In June of 2024, we were able to fund (partial) tuition reimbursement for local activists to receive NAEMT TECC certifications.
Donations are regularly used to purchase CAT Gen 7 tourniquets which are then donated to participants who complete the free Stop The Bleed trainings conducted by us and the TNSRA, as well as funding the training aids required to teach those classes. Over $5000 in CAT TQs have been distributed as of July 2025.
