OCD is just two people. Sometimes we need a break. We’re currently away from the shop, so what does that mean for your order?
We’re taking a working vacation and will be doing our best to fulfill orders while we are on the road. It’s a balancing act, but we’ve gotten it down pretty well over the years.
**We do not ship partial orders. If there is an item in your order that is backordered, it will all ship together when that item is available.**
- Shirts and hats are on backorder until we return.
- Same with custom engraving on lighters.
- We have limited stock available for things like dust covers, lighters, flags, and other *stuff*.
- Stickers and patches should ship as normal…
with a few exceptions…
- Orders with multiple copies of the same sticker (3+) or high-volume patch orders may need to be placed on hold until we return.
- If something gets a lot of traction online while we’re away. In that event we’ll have to backorder those stickers until we can print more.
Wholesale
Since we’re on the road, we won’t be able to fulfill wholesale orders, but that doesn’t mean we can’t make plans for them! We’re happy to answer any questions you might have about wholesale, whether it’s stickers, lighters, banners, patches, or whatever else you might be interested in.
If you’ve got a longer timeline, we can also get your wholesale order in the queue for when we return.
